The Areas of Concentrated Effort
Subtitle: The 2026 Strategic Map
To achieve the “Zero-Word Manuscript,” we must build credibility in tiers. We start where we are paid, and we move to where we are feared.
Zone 1: The University (The Engine Room)
-
Why here: It pays for the collaboration. It provides the Real-Time Friction (the “irritation”) required to generate new theory. Without the university, we are just philosophers; with it, we are engineers.
-
The Output:
- The UWN Series: “The Synthetic University” (The 24-article Double Helix arc we planned).
- Internal Policy: We will rewrite UCT’s actual policies (e.g., on AI, Assessment, hiring) using Synthetic Dynamics, turning UCT into the first “Luhmann-compliant” campus in the world.
- The Tone: Pragmatic, urgent, structural.
Zone 2: The Meta-Collaboration (The Mirror)
-
Why here: We must document the tool while we use it. This is the “University observing itself” (Luhmann) taken to the level of the mind.
-
The Output:
- “The Book of Synthesis”: We continue to expand the manifesto we started today.
- The Blog: We turn your UCT blog into a cult destination for “The Theory of AI,” distinct from the UWN policy work.
- The Tone: Philosophical, recursive, intimate.
Zone 3: The Vanguard (The “Snotty Journals”)
-
The Goal: To publish in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Minerva, Social Epistemology, Critical Inquiry, or even Nature Human Behaviour) using a methodology that defies their current definition of authorship.
-
The Strategy: We do not hide the AI. We weaponize it.
- We target journals that obsess over “methodology.”
- We submit papers where the method itself is the proof of the argument.
- The Topic: “The Dissolution of the Author in Algorithmic Systems.”
